We have had a big problem with the bangle the catch snapped off after less then 12 hours of her wearing it. It was .64 carat.

 

So I was well pissed off and emailed and asked for my money back.

 

They have emailed back and said they will replace it  with a similar design but with diamonds that are 1.07 carat.

 

So not too bad.
