I suspect you guys have seen loads of these silver  925 Victorian "dollars".  First one I have ever seen; obviously circulated, but it seems in ok  but worn condition 28g (I have no idea about grading as you can tell!!).

Well I spent £12 on an interesting 125yr old 3/4oz silver coin seemed ok. If anyone can offer general info/advice on these I would appreciate (I will ignore "scrap it")

Not sure what info you are looking for, It has definitely been cleaned at some point, too clean for a well circulated piece of silver, personally I try to keep to a minimum grade on my numismatics, around XF but for £12, you cant go wrong really, nice gap filler

My opinion on grade would be VF, according to NGC its worth around £40, aound 500k mintage! not bad

Looks decent for a circulated coin.

Let us know when you get an AU or XF version of the Gothic Victorian one.  That's the holy grail for me.

Thank you for the feed back.  My Dad use to always refer to 5 bob as a dollar; it makes sense if you are on a silver standard exchange rate. His Holy grail coin was a "Cromwell Crown" ........ so if any one wants a swap......?
