I mean seriously! Who buys this stuff?

a silver proof £1 coin which they proudly proclaim as "This proud Piedfort contains a full 19 grammes of 925 sterling silver"

That's right you heard it.. A FULL 19 grams. Full! Not just under 19.... What does that mean, it isn't even full silver, it is 925 sterling! A Full 19 part grams of silver! For £100 ONE HUNDRED QUIDS!!!!! A full!!!! £100 bleedin' quid!

I work out a full 19 grams of 925 silver at £12.77 per troy ounce for solid silver to be worth a total of...... Dah dahhhhh!!!! £6.0856

FOR ONE HUNDRED QUID!

Really!? Who is it?:wacko: No wonder they are only making 1000. lol :P

Just checked I do have some, but mine worked out at £11.62 each. They are proof but not Piedfort.

I'd happily pay £10 to £12 for them all day, at that price they might turn a few quid in a few years time. I am sure they are nice coins.

They are preying on peoples ignorance, and making a fat profit.

The theorist in me wonders if they want people to realise they have been ripped off and assume stacking PM's is a mugs game?

Currently stacking 1/4 oz (22ct) and Sovs.
