I think their big problem is they primarily focus on domestic coins rather than the rest of the world.

They seem to be quite accurate with their grading but I would only use them for UK coins.

That's fine and they should be the most accurate for British coins, which I'm sure they are.  The trouble is that the other 2 US behemoths have been left to dominate the UK coin market and it will be very difficult to wrest that away from them even though I sometimes question some of their sovereign gradings. Will people now accept someone other than PCGS/NGC as the authority on UK coins and what about all the ones that have been previously graded by them?

I fear they are on to a loser.
