closed Queens Beast Dragon 1/4oz gold MS70

I am looking for a 1/4oz gold MS70 graded Dragon of Wales, not the ones in the black slab, though.

I have a MS69 or MS70 (plus cash from your side) Griffin for trade or would purchase outright.

Maybe @Marc can help you out? Why would it be an MS? The 1/4oz Golds are all Proofs, aren't they?

Only 1/4 proof i have and collect is the "no J.C" variant of the dragon. Too much premium. 

Since i got the Lion and Griffin in MS70, i want to get the rest of the bunch, too. And you can't collect them all (in all varieties)!

I have a proof dragon, is the 'no J.C.' very rare/worth more?

Still trying to find out what happened with the Mint. NGC says weak strike but it seems to be a die preparation error. From what I can see about 1/3 of the graded coins are from this variant. In theory after 30 coins the die should have been prepared correctly, so not sure how many are out there.
