This is the only 2005 BU Sovereign graded by NGC as Deep Proof-like (DPL).  It's a stunning coin and the only reason I'm parting with it is because I've decided not to pursue the alternate reverse Sov set.  The resources required to complete that set (especially the '89) can be spent on other, higher priority coins.

Bump...I know someone out there has an itch for the alternate reverse Sovereigns.  This is a beautiful Sovereign already graded for not too much more than trying to locate this raw (check your sources and see if I'm wrong)...actually less after browsing eBay UK.

BUMP...

Check out that great price for a great Sov already graded with the alternate reverse.  A run of the mill 2017 BU Sov graded is going to run you about $370 so picking this 2005 being the only BU from that year graded by NGC as DPL for only a few dollars more is a no-brainer.
