I don't really collect these types of coins. 

Can anybody help?

I have just been given a Florin and trying to work out a date.

The year has an extra b in it and we can't work it out.

Anyone got an idea? 

A bit of an update, the coin had to go back, it was appraised by a coin shop and found to be a fake.

I don't want to go into to many details, but buyer beware with these guys.

We have been suggesting they are taken to a shop to get authenticated.

The coins have turned up TBF, they were paid for with a debit card though 🤦‍♂️

Thanks all, the responses and the lack of responses speak volumes.

There is a bit more to the story than me just finding them of facebook TBH, we have a family member who has purchased a few items from them and my spider senses are going a bit nuts.

I was hoping a few people might have popped up and said some good things but it seems not.

Hi the above is not a 5oz gold coin it is a silver bullion coin one of 56 in the America the beautiful series.I'll agree it is a WOW coin though quite a lump

Not taken with the sharks, probably won't get any more...

Nothing major, just some Air-tite coin holders and some gloves from Klacey.

It's amazing how different they feel in nice capsules 

These will be my first 1/2oz coins 

This will probably not go down to well, but I think the price will drop down to £6.00 ish (as in 2007 before the crash) an oz and slowly rise from there.

10-15 years time when the next crash happens when everyones forgotten about 2008 the price will again go through the roof.

5 x 1/2oz Koalas

5 x 1/2oz Lunar Horses

5 x 1/2oz Great White Sharks

All from silver to go, I've never used them before hopefully they will turn up.....
