Started taking GBP last week. I've deposited some.
The only small point to note is that the trading volume on the exchange with GBP is very low at present.

$100 bill - you would think this would be a well used note in USA, I wonder what is behind that?
Certainly is a 'war on cash' and this might be one of the underlying advantages of withdrawing larger notes but I think this is more to do with making movements of cash across borders or for criminal activities harder.
Same thing, I suppose - it pushes large transactions into the banking system where they are traceable. After all, if it is legitimate, what do you have to hide?

An Austrian Four Ducat. Because it was only 3% above spot, cheaper than the sovs I was intending to buy.

Toronto coin dealer refuse Order Cancellation for unshipped goods. Any advice?

I'm confused.
You're saying they won't cancel an order for unshipped goods. You paid by credit card for the goods but not for the shipping, the costs of which you were unaware.
I'm not a lawyer and this isn't advice, but I think you can just ask your credit card company to instigate a charge-back - after all, you've not received the goods and they haven't sent them, so it would restitute the status quo ante.
