Consumer includes the commemorative coins, Precious Metals includes bullion I think that's why there's all the marketing for proof, multi-year releases, and not for low margin non-standard bullion which is only going to cannibalise proof sales. Why sell something for a 2% margin when you can sell a shiny version of it and make 22%.

Would this mean each coin is unique as you may have more or less metal squirting over the edge depending on the placement of the band, pressure applied etc. I do like the idea of each one bring unique although it's easy to be romantic when you haven't spent any money..
