I do think your bundle is small enough to do yourself though, and it would help you get some feedback on here.  Though I would split into two lots I think, one for the poured and one for the coins and bars.

Due to unforseen circumstances I am having to sell some of my silver. My issue is, due to work I don't have time to package and post everything separate so would like to sell it all together but I understand I'm not in the best position to do this with having no selling feedback. 
I have in total 28oz of silver that I am looking to sell.
3oz hand poured round. 
X3 1oz hand poured bar.
X6 1oz bar. 
2oz coin.
X17 1oz coins.
Any advice on how best to approach this sale would be greatly appreciated

You can reach out to @BackyardBullion and use his intermediary service, he will sell it all on your behalf for a small fee.
Another option is to price the bundle very keen and offer to post first to established members with good feedback.
