why are there two lunar rabits 2023 from australias perth mint?

I just noticed the year of the ____ series and how some have done absolutely great!  But I noticed this year there are two different versions, theres the series III but then theres another with a low mintage.

Why two?

It sounds like our foot steps have followed a similar path!
I would definitely recommend a paid membership to get the best from the forum. Even if it is a silver level. Its a great motivator to keep coming back to the forum and also you get some decent advantages like seeing the buy and sell listings as soon as they are live instead of waiting 3 days to view them.
dive into the threads too, there is some good banter as well and very useful info on everything precious metals.

I rediscovered y'all through backyard bullions youtube videos recently.  I originally joined years ago for the giveaways but then totally forgot about the group.  

I re discovered silver back in 2019 when I started to focus more on getting out of debt, taking control of my finances and work on investments, right before all the craziness happened in 2020.

I don't have a lot stacked, but I love the more interesting pieces, although my budget doesn't love those premiums.

Certain people trade by certain levels of trading feedback, it is noteworthy that I go but the rule if the seller has less than 20 positive feedback I would ask them to post the item then accept payment upon receipt. If you are new and you dont have buying selling trading feedback you can use a seasoned trader or forum sponsor like @BackyardBullion as intermediary service. But that not withstanding I am sure there other seasoned traders would help out. Note also the interactions of a unseasoned member, if they are just pure selling and not interacting too much can raise flags without much feedback.  

You pay by sellers choice, will predominantly be either bank transfer or PayPal friends and family. 
The feedback score is a tough one to be honest, there's a lot of great members on here who don't trade too much but are reliable, unfortunately they will have low feedback and in light of recent events, they will now be punished and assumed unreliable. 
I could easily throw out a number but feedback only tells half the story, would be easier for me to say 'send me a message with a sellers name and I will say yes or no' I've dealt with 90% of the regulars on here and can either vouch or advise to stay clear.
