I am going to start this at a ridiculously low price of current spot price (at time of post) with bidding increments of £2!

Action End - If I am not able to be present at closing, I will select the winner as the person closest to the minute of the End Time without going over. 
                      If I am present, the auction will have a soft close, meaning I will make three final calls around the end time.
If the call is interrupted, I will start with three more final calls. This will go until no one else bids and 
                      the "hammer" drops by my writing "SOLD".

Increments: If a bid does not meet the minimum £2 raise, it will be invalid and the previous bid will be the current high bid. 
Payment Due: Payment will be due immediately after the auctions closes. Please be present at the time of closing. 
If this is not possible, arrangements need to be made asap.
