Minimum Increments: £2 (whole numbers)

Auction End: Sunday, 27th August at 20:00 (see notes).

Notes:
Action End - If I am not able to be present at closing, I will select the winner as the person closest to the minute to the End Time without going over. 
                      If I am present, the auction will have a soft close, meaning I will make three final calls around the end time (no time constraints).
If the call is interrupted, I will start with three more final calls. This will go until no one else bids and 
                      the "hammer" drops by my writing "SOLD".
Increments: If a bid does not meet the £2 minimum raise, it will be invalid and the previous bid will be the current high bid. 
Payment Due: Payment will be due immediately after the auctions closes. If this is not possible, arrangements need to be made asap.
