I would grade and price these as follows (RMSD included in all cases):

1861  Very Fine  £420    SOLD

1863  (no die number)  Good Very Fine  £430

1864  (die number 90)  Good Fine (reverse better)  £410  (Many apologies,  but the photo of the reverse of this one has had to be added at the end, after the reverse of the 1865)

1865 (die number 18)  about Very Fine (reverse better) £425

I found one or two of these grades quite difficult to determine, even allowing for the element of subjectivity in all grading, and others may have different views.

I have valued the 1865 slightly higher than perhaps its grade strictly deserves because the year is rated as 'Scarce'.  With 1,450,238 sovereigns issued, 1865 has the lowest mintage for the first half of Victoria's reign except for 1839, 1841, 1850 and 1859. This is borne out by the fact that, for example, London Coin Auctions has only seven examples recorded since December 2016.  The mark by the 'I' of 'GRATIA' on this sovereign is purely a trick of the light.

The 1861 and 1864 come in capsules (not Royal Mint ones, I'm afraid ) and the 1863 and 1865 come in Saflips.

Thank you for looking.

Polite bump - the first and last as I shall withdraw the rest of the listing this evening, Monday, if no further interest and wait for more propitious times, if I still need to sell.
