Now, I understand if people don't want to divulge, but I'm intrigued as to how sizeable peoples investment is.

I'm at about the 110oz mark, majority semi-numi silver coins. Small fry I know, but it's a start.

My estimated average coin value is about £30 but I have a few worth more than that.

Any takers?

I think for collecting, 1oz is the perfect size. Each coin is quite affordable at these prices. Even if silver were to double in price wouldn't be so bad per coin, unless your collecting 1oz tiffany coins.

Two green monster boxes (full, of course).  That is all.

Besides the ASE's, I have a bag of pre-1964 quarters.  That's all I have.

Awesome. 2 full monster boxes is a nice stack, and the ASE's are beautiful coins. Personally I can't justify the premiums on them though.

I think they are probably a lot more affordable in the US than here in Europe, and probably the most liquid 1 oz coin.

How long did it take you to get 2 full monster boxes, did you buy coins / tubes for them gradually or did you just purchase 2 monster boxes at once?

You MUST share some photos. Some of the tiffany coins are amazingly beautifully detailed. Please share!

Hi Pirocco, welcome to the forum.

Introduce yourself in the new members section if you get chance.

Amazing stack you have, and pics of the 10 kilo coin are very much required.

Where you from, I don't know where Lowlands is. Or are you lying low?

I have 73 oz of Silver all in 1 oz bars and coins. However I do have 1 5 oz coin, and 15 half oz coins.

Also have 2.5 grams of gold.

I paid around £18.06 average per oz for silver, and have been stacking only since last February.

My plan Is to have a mix of generic to popular silver coins and bars. Around at 100oz I will Stop buying small 1 oz coins, and start buying Kilo bars, along with some gold, and occasionally a tube of 1 oz coins.
