For exchange: 1880 Young Head Victoria sovereign.  Obverse VF condition, reverse appears to have been polished at some point but aboutVF otherwise.  Looking to exchange for a decent example of:

  • George V sovereign - 1914-1917, 1919-1924, 1926, 1928-1930, 1932 (any applicable mint).
  • Edward VII sovereign - 1902, 1904-1906, 1908, 1910 (any applicable mint).
  • Jubilee Victoria sovereign - 1887-1888, 1891-1892 (any applicable mint).
  • Old Victoria sovereign - 1893, 1896-1899, 1901 (any applicable mint).

The Sovereign is the quintessentially British coin.  It has a German queen on the front, an Italian waiter on the back, and half of them were made in Australia.
