London coins Auction

[Piperscoins]

Hi did anyone else buy from London coin Auction September auction.   I have i paid last monday and still haven't been sent my coins.  Is this normal for them?

Just rang them up.  A very helpful woman on the phone said 'they are making their way through the lots'.  She went onto say 'last week there was a postal strike and they are behind'. 

This makes sense to me.

Did anyone bid on the recent December London Coins Auction?

Not getting any response from them, looks like one of my email bids should have been a winner. Last auction I got an invoice next day but not a peep this time? There were a lot of coins so appreciate they may be struggling to keep up, like RM?!

I received the invoice last Monday.  If they acknowledged receipt of your bid by email, i think you maybe outbidded by another same but earlier bid.  You may contact them to clarify it.

Thanks Bruce, they've published sales results and all the coins I bidded on sold for less than my maximum bid. I will email them again tomorrow.

Less than your bids? If that's the case, then weird.  Did you receive a confirmation email from them after submitting bids by email?

Yes, 5 coins I bidded on sold fro less than my max, it's all very strange, I did get confirmation from Semra. I have won coins from them before and got invoice the day after as you did, but not this time.
