Rare coin dealer claims raiders nicked £500,000 collection from his hotel suite at London's Park Lane Hilton

Inside job almost certainly  . Most employees who work in these hotels will be cheap labour from Eastern Europe. They live in grotty bedsits whilst serving the rich. They have nothing to lose handing out tips to criminal gangs.  The police took 5 hours to arrive . That quick ? They were probably all on a diversity course at the time.   I don't think any major city is safe today . These sort of crimes happen more than we realise.   Easy pickings. I mean they were walking around a so called top Hotel in ski masks  . One thing i can't understand , if i was in London with that much gold, i'd want insurance and i'd want to make My own security arrangements . No way on earth would i leave half a million pound lying around in a suit case.
