They are listed everywhere as 5oz coins, not sure why then but yes as per COA this coin contains a minimum of 2000 grains of sterling silver.

I should know, because I buy and sell these coins regularly. I'm a great fan of them.

LOl, just shows you how googling, doesn't always give you the right answer :) 

I always use Numista to check my coins, with regards to weight and silver composition
