So I was one ebay...again and managed to snag this at the last second for £28

I am not an expert on Silver proof coins so I was wondering if I got a bargain or just shoot myself in the foot 🤣

Seems about right for actual Ebay sales. Personally i think it's a bargain considering the original price from the RM would have been the equivalent of treble what you paid.

RM silver proofs have a habit of halving in value the moment they leave the mint. I often buy regular silver £1 coins for around £15-£20 each in the (so far) vain hope that they become more popular.

I guess if you like it it was a good buy, if you don't then you'll more than likely get your money back when you sell.
