Cheap shops in EU? Tax/vat if buing from Switzerland?

Hi, as a newbe in this area, market.. i have few questions for you

1. Where are good/cheap online "shops" in Switzerland (siver and gold )? I'd ike to buy 1ox coins (siver/gold) or 1-5kg silver bars

2. Do we in EU need to pay vat, additional tax when we buy/ship from Switzerland?

3. I know that somebody bought 25 x 1kg siver bars in Switzerand... i think in good price - see - do you know where i can buy UBS bars there? (i can't find shop/inks )

4. Other cheap stores to buy especially silver in good price in EU?

There is very small market for 1-5kg silver bars. It will be problematic to sell it back in decent price.
