Anyone seen these? I think they are a gorgeous looking coins. Not only do they have the unusual (I think it is called) nonagon or nine sided shape, but the design is beautiful.

They may not appeal to everyone, as they have a fineness of only 800 (I don't know what they are alloyed with) but they do seem to be appropriately inexpensive. Maximum mintage is 50,000. They are available on Febay for £16.25 plus postage of £4.

I am seriously tempted by these coins. Any one else?

What's the weight?

To pay over £20 for a .800 coin it would need to be a good weight.

If it's an ounce or less, I'll pass at that price.

Have to agree, it's a nice looking coin though.

Just read the link, 8g of fine silver?

Really?

That's just over £3 of silver.

As Dunc B would say, I'm oot.

The polar bear looks like a sheep. I'm oot as well.

Darn it - it's ALWAYS going to look like a sheep now! You can't unsee these things you know? LOL!

Yes it's 8g at .800 so I guess the over all weight is 10G

I still love the coin though.
