Help ID Silver Serving Knife & Fork

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help identify these serving utensils. I can not seem to find any markings except for "brilliant" on the knife blade. Sorry if this is a dumb question!

The fork is marked stainless, as in stainless steel. If they were silver surely they need to have hallmarks?

Both made from 100% polished Brilliant Stainless Steel 🙈

Thank you for your replies! Not to belabor, but the handles were heavily tarnished. Wouldn't that indicate something other than stainless?

.Yes, it is likely the handle part is plate since you say it was tarnished.

See the thingy that looks like a star with 4 points? That has a mark on it? Look and see if that has a mark. If I remember, that 4 pointed thingy is where the handle is attached to the blade. The blade is for sure stainless.

Yes! They are definitely marked "sterling handle" under the star thingy.  There seems to be a mark of some kind after the letters. Probably just a scratch. I cant seem to get a good clear pic...what do you think?

Oh cool, that would mean the handle part is .925 silver. So solid silver and not plated!
