E-zest on constitutional silver?

Given that I really only care about the silver content, I'm not sure that it matters, but some of my constitutional coins have pretty heavy dark patina on them.  Is there any downside here on giving these coins a dunk on some e-zest?  I'm only talking old dimes and quarters.

If they are only 90% ( no collector value) it will not hurt them.  Just remember to rinse them off with distilled water as most tap water has chemicals and minerals in the water. These can be bad for the coins.   Jim

Should be fine, but have you tried the baking soda and aluminum foil method first? It's much cheaper and doesn't damage the coins or leave them with an artificial cleaned look.
