But...why?? No one is going to ride it.

Seriously, if you have so much money that you don't know what to do with it, come talk to me. I'm sure we can drive down the street and in about two minutes we could come up with  three major projects, a hundred minor ones, and about a thousand individual ones, all of which would be in desperate need of funds.
