Got it this afternoon, seems the "no one's in between x&y" worked. Driver did have a moan about how hard it is to get back across town from my area in the afternoon!

Hi - Sorry, not been online for a while.  No, I had no luck, I gave up and wrote it off.  GSBE are saying its a FedEx issue, FedEx can’t prove they delivered it other than their driver saying so.  No signature, no photo etc.  I know there would have been no-one in on the day they said they delivered.  Maybe they left it on the doorstep and it was taken, but I’ve never had that happen before. 

 

I don’t think its GSBE’s fault, other than, I would insist on signed for delivery with any coin order I make with any other supplier.  I will always pay with Credit Card now rather than back transfer

I'm sorry to hear that Mike, have you asked GSBE for the exact shipping option they used, they sent my tube of eagles DSR (which I didn't even ask for) which means it has to be the recipient who signs other wise delivery should be re arranged. If gsbe used that option then you may have something to go back to fedex with? Also I would maybe argue a point of the idea behind signature delivery is to protect all parties and not a form of abuse that can be used on their behalf to suit their needs
