Has anyone bought direct from them? I like the 2019 Chronos but I’ve never bought from outside the UK. Are there any pitfalls I should know about?

Yes I bought the hole series this month from them. They were very easy to deal with and great communication. Extremely pleased with them

I bought a number of the Chronos and Terra coins from them a couple of months ago. When making the purchase, you have a choice of coin finish (bullion or BU) and also whether they come in capsule. 

I had no problems with my order and the coins arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered the BU in capsules and am very pleased with them. My favourite is the 2018 Chronos.

Their site is helpful and with your experience with them I think I’ll give it a punt. One of my silly rules is “if the Queens head isn’t on it I’m not buying”. OK the Tokelau NZ link to the Queen is a bit tenuous, but it’s a link
