Gift Cards

Hi! Sorry, I cant find the topic, but I remember a week ago somebody wrote that'd be great to engage US audience to participate in forum more actively by presenting them some gift cards. I've found on American Heritage Bullion an option to buy a gift cards from $10 to $1000. But I'm no sure whether this dealer is fair or not as I've read negative reviews about it.

I had tried to order from American Heritage Mint & Bullion December of last year. I placed an order for a 1 oz Palladium Ballerina, at a stunning $40 under spot...5 days after placing the order I received, a not so surprising email from them canceling my order...”Order was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been voided .”

To a certain extent, I can’t blame them for canceling, but at least provide a rational excuse and communicate it instead of “not enough stock”...I would have waited.

Can you add your review so other users would know more about their customer service?
