NGC Classification Error, or not?

I've just received some sovereigns back from NGC (thanks to Numi for facilitating).  One of them is a 2015st Portrait by Jody Clark.  However, when I have entered into the NGC Registry, I think it has been classified as the 2015 IRB Portrait.

There are 2 NGC Classifications for 2015 Sov's "2015 Sovereign" and "2015 2015 Sovereign"  I am thinking that the latter is the new Portrait, ie the 2015 Portrait of HM the Queen, but my sovereign has been classified as the former?

Any views on whether I've interpreted this correctly?  And if so, is there anything I can do?  I did consider speaking to NGC in London, but want to get my facts straight first...

I think you are right about the difference though I believe they say 2015 Portrait.  The only picture I could find was a quarter sovereign but here you go

Yes - my mistake - it is 2015 Portrait.  The one shown is the one I have, ie the one with the JC portrait, so they have misclassified it me thinks

Maybe @Numistacker will have a view?

I suspect if he submitted the coin in the first place he may be able to send it back as a "mechanical" on the basis that they have used the wrong label.  I recall seeing a reference somewhere to this happening when they got the date of a Britannia wrong.

Update - I spoke to NGC UK, they looked up the coin and confirmed that it does at first glance look like a mis-classification.  They offered for me to take the coin to them and they would get it re-holdered with correct classification free of charge
