Gold swans, birds of paradise...bullion or not?

These are fairly recent 1oz Perth Mint coins that they marketed as bullion coins with a fairly modest premium over spot. Mintage for each coin was 5,000. The Perth mint sold out of these a while ago but there are two of the 2017 swans available on Australian eBay, one for A$2,200 and the other A$2,295.

The 2018 Swan is showing as "out of stock" on the Perth Mint site but they do show the price at A$1,919 per coin.

Spot or 98% of spot to a good dealer;  spot +3% to the forum;  spot +10% to anyone else or fleeBay.
GS.be is asking 15% over the 2019 Britannia for the 2017 Swan so that's maybe a guide to likely premium.
Finding a buyer is another challenge.
