Cayman Islands silver marlin with year date on both sides.

The 2017 & the 2018 issues of the Cayman Islands Marlin both have the year date on the back & front. I was looking at my 2017 coin and hadn't picked up on it before and then noticed they've done the same this year.

Would this be the only coin that has this as I can't find any new issues by other mints that does this? I haven't noticed it on any of my other coins or rounds in my collection.

I've noticed the Somalian 15th anniversary elephant with the date on both sides and this years maple with '18' inside the maple security mark on the rear but it's not a common occurrence with coins in general.
