the 2004 and 2008 look a bit more shiny compared to the others , is there another way to tell if they are proofs besides the brightness?

I saw Apmex had one with scratches for about 80$, ( https://www.apmex.com/product/151298/2004-mexico-1-oz-silver-libertad-bu-abrasions ) so I thought I'd try to make a little off it since I have a bunch of Libertads - I'm not super firm on the price or anything , I'm a big fan of older stuff , like coins from the 1700- 1800's , especially Mexico / South America / or in Europe , places Chopin might have been in the early 1800's, etc ...and would be open to trading too, I think it would be cool to have a coin that Chopin might have used or a coin that one of my great great grandparents might have used , or some old king or someone from the bible , etc ... thanks
