  1. You need to add a sell price otherwise you need to put it in exchange only
  2. I think it is over worrying about nothing. I go to Hatton Garden when I want to sell scrap gold and no questions are ever asked and cash payed in hand. They test, they pay. Simples
  3. James did have have one to sell. Would expect him to PM you soon. I think he must have fallen asleep as he seem to have been slow off the mark with those two half sovereign that were up for sale earlier.
  4. Like others have said, there are many good members you can trade with. Just read their feedback. It seems that you are in no rush to sell or having to do a trade, so I can not see the point of losing some capital by using an intermediary service. If members see a good deal, regardless of how much feedback you have, they will deal with you. Just expect to post beforehand. The forum works on trust. A word of caution, bars are harder to get a good price above spot if you need or want to sell. My advice, plenty would disagree is stick with coins.
  5. I think as a newbie to the forum ( and by the way, welcome to the the forum) you will be expected until you get a few trades under your belt to post item out to a trusted member who has plus 20 feedback and then get your trade posted to you. Restricting your trade in person to Sheffield area, you are limiting your ability to get a good deal. Best of luck.
  6. I have made up your package and is ready to go. I can easily slide a couple of tenth in. Which gets us back to the question, the 1/10 oz I can exchange are 1987, 1989, 1996 Eagle or 1987, 2021 and two 2023 Britannia. If you are interested in any of these, just quote me what price you want on top. Your 2015 is a year I already have in a sovereign but this is more help you out. First you say you can not sell the silver for another 12 days and in the next sentence say it is only 11oz so it is no big deal.
  7. No, the silver is with me. Otherwise I would not have been able to take photos. I do not think three months in advance, what I will decide to sell or exchange. If you want. I can post them directly to you, tomorrow.
  8. When I said, you can flog them in advance. It means I am willing to post them out for you. You pay for postage, of cause which you charge to your buyer.
  9. You can flog them in advance. You know what they are? You can use my original photos
  10. How much you wanting with 2 1/10? Remember no postage involved
  11. Well the post above your states £272. That is at least £100 cheaper then you get anywhere in the UK. What kind of price are you paying if you don't mind saying. Is it complicated getting them from Australia?
  12. With spot now at £1615, this 31 year old coin is now a bargain.
  13. Get yourself a Peace Dollar. Decent in size and weight. That is the coin I keep in my pocket and if I was to lose it, not losing a big amount of value.
  14. Have a word with @Fadeingstar about how he managed to import from the states and what difficulties he faced
  15. Are those H22 the really big caps that 1 oz coin fit in and you just buy the foam for your particular coin. To me they do not look good especially if one had a tenth oz coin in. Horses for courses like they say.
  16. If you get hit with import tax, does the deal still add up, that is what you need to look at.
  17. Those three in my photo are rimless and take quite an effort to open. Rimless or not, matters very little to me. If they look the same and fit in the tube, job done. Plus I have always used the lighthouse and they are easy to open and shut. Like you said, there is a line waiting for the rimless and I do not enjoy waiting in a line where you can not see the beginning.
  18. Now that I know what they are called. I know a place that does them for £5.18 for a packet of 10 plus probably post. Will check and get back to you. OK they are £1.99 delivery up to 2 packets and then it rises slightly
  19. I think that someone asked him before and I think he said he had none and was not planning of re ordering. Will check though and thanks for letting me know that they are called T22.
  20. Thank you @Solachesis. That 10oz looks good
