As pricey as these memorial sovereigns were on release I think they are really stunning, I'm still waiting on mine to come back from NGC!

My camera isn't the best, maybe I need to change the lighting so the coin surface catches the light, I'm not big on photography but by eye the coin is very nice, maybe I need new eyes as well as a new phone/camera 😝

I'm back at home now and the coin doesn't look anywhere near as bad as it does on the NGC site.

I've just looked at the NGC pics, the look of the coin makes me think the grader was drunk lol PF61 is a good grade for a coin over 100 years old but those NGC pics make the coin look scruffy, it looks like a different coin! But I'll check when I get back and take more pics!

I'm just out at the moment but I'll take some more pics and post, the slab is basically brand new I got it back from ngc a couple weeks ago

As the others said above its the Proof 🙂 which I believe only 3764 were minted so it's quite rare. I thought it would have been snapped up but hay ho it's a lesson for me.

Hey All I have this coin on my eBay at £1900 but not had any bites, I'm not sure if the price is good, I thought it was looking at comparables but maybe not? If anyone on here can give me £1500 for the coin I'd take it. Full disclosure I'd make about £100 profit on it, I bought it raw and graded it. It would be nice if it went to someone on here.
