  1. Yeah, I noticed on FB groups some 1oz coins are moving to £27-28/oz which is more realistic with spot. I think we will be hitting £30 soon with the way things are going. That's assuming it is true that (apparently) the Crimex manipulation no longer has the power it once did.
  2. Is this really still here? It's at spot 😳
  3. This. Sovs were £25 once, £50 once and so on. Fiat currency will continue to inflate prices (lose value), so the cost of a £500 sov will be accepted once spot sticks for a while. They'll be 1k+ within a few years if US gov spending carries on as is. @James32 will be a billionaire. Sadly it will only buy him a pint of Guinness and packet of pork scratchings - thanks to inflation. But at least we've had fun along the way!
  4. 100%. Ingots and nice little collections can be bought for a bargain price too.
  5. Very true. Many if us started off unaware of TSF and bought from retailers at first (including myself 😳). I'll be in profit in 2076.
  6. Yes, gold coins are going at around 98% 🤦🏼‍♀️. (Even graded. I just didn't mention in my post above incase I got told off for mentioning G on the S page!)
  7. I agree. I really feel at current spot £800 is about right. But this is also what makes TSF special. It means we get bargains, so I can't complain!
  8. I find it bonkers kilos are £750 on the forum, but £1000 at dealers. I feel we should be closer to £800 (which is a fraction under 10% premium), but I also understand the recent bull run is causing cautious investors (fear of the bear), including myself too! The current forum rate of £750 kilos, basically shows we were better off buying scrap as @FriedrichVonHayek has stated in the current market. As @Petra would say; keep buying!
  9. It worked £1913 nineteen thirteen one nine one three one thousand nine hundred and thirteen fml
  10. Oh god, what I started 🤦‍♀️ £1909!
  11. I genuinely read it one nine one four 😬 Bloody Irish read it like a they're reading what year it is.... Is this our first marital arguement? £1913 btw 😁
  12. Four and floor doesn't rhyme?
  13. £1914 (knicks are not on the floor)
  14. Long term commodity super cycle has just begun.
  15. Welcome to the forum! You'll find some great advice on here. Everyone is lovely. Even @James32.
  16. But nothing affects the price of gold more than war. It's all relative 😁
  17. Found an article confirming they're being tested. But in my 40+ years on this planet, I've never heard them once. Not trying to be a conspiracy theorist, but it does make you wonder why now. WW3 threat does concern me. Iran and UK don't have the best relationship apparently.
  18. Well air raid alarms are going off where I am (West Yorks). Probably a drill of course, but me no likely! (Never heard them go off in my life!) Also, went off a few mins stopped and back on again now. Makes you wonder why they're testing them now....
