Hi guys - new to the forum and new to buying silver. I would appreciate a little help from some more experienced buyers/dealers! I recently bought a 1oz silver eagle online from EMK. I noticed the coin had a small indentation on the surface (see pictures), so I contacted them and asked what they could do about the issue. They have stated to me that they are unwilling to refund or replace the item as, in their words; "the dent on your coin is in a tolerable range and the coin still fulfils the criteria of an uncirculated bullion coin." After seeing the pictures, does anybody agree with EMK and can confidently say that it's value has not been affected by the indentation? Please let m know what you guys think! 😀 Thanks, Jamie
