    Great!! I'll take it. Could you send it to me by Royal Mail tracked and signed.  According to my past experience, the postage for a small parcel of a 1 oz proof silver coin was 20.35 pounds, this one is heavier so it may be 30 to 40 pounds. 

     

     

  2. They changed their rules and if an item is listed as "bullion", it cannot be purchased by oversea buyers. 

     

    Some sellers put their items under other categories such as commemorative coins and they are available to oversea buyers.  But I've heard that some sellers would insist to put their item in "bullion" category because buyers cannot use discount coupon to buy bullions.
