A couple of parcels today, the Sovereigns and the 1/10s from Atkinson's and the 'exclusive limited edition🤔' 1/4 Coronations from the expensive place!! On top of the Bulls, I may be done for a while!

It was quite a decent scratch to be fair. Anyone receiving it would have had that heart dropping disappointment. But yes, it all turned out fine on that occasion 👍

I think that it might have had something to do with the damage being visible from a certain distance away but I may be wrong👍

With regards potential sub standard bullion, I can confirm that the RM did in fact agree that a Platinum QB Completer that I received (whenever it was they came out), was in fact damaged/spoiled/whatever enough to warrant a replacement. I had to liaise via e mail, sending photos for inspection, and then sent the coin back when the RM employee deemed it bad enough for me to send back for closer inspection, as per the returns procedure above. At this point the replacement wasn't guaranteed, but luckily, upon receipt, they agreed that it was bad enough to be classed as sub par, and a replacement issued. I believe that they reserved the right at all time to just send it back to me if they didn't agree with me. I was lucky in this regard. I did document it on the Forum at the time, but good luck finding the thread. The point is, replacement coins are possible, although I don't believe a refund was ever an option due to the fluctuations in the metal price. Let's hope it doesn't come to it. Regards

Limited numbers on the 1/10s too. Like previously mentioned, got the QEII and CIII so need these. Cheaper on Atkinson's, but couldn't find on Chards nor Gerrard's. That's not to say that they aren't out there. Atkinson's limiting to 25 per person!

Decided to go for it while BBP were offering 1% off on top of c£100 dip. It may or may not pay off🤷🤷 but the dip became more significant than the dealer, and the extra 1% off sealed the deal. Obviously spot will fall another 100 quid soon!! Regards
