Due to the poor quality of the coins I received last year, gold and silver because I returned and finally cancelled the orders after waiting more than 3 months for replacements, they said I have lost my account manager due to not spending enough. Then they ring me to ask if I would like some set they have made up to clear out old stock. I have now decided to buy the coins after they have been graded, saves all the stress.

Just received my refund for the gold set after return due to poor quality control, the Royal Mint have ruined this series with poor quality control and long delays in sending out coins, I have decided just to keep the silvers and sell on the gold coins and not buy any others in gold from this series.

Anybody received replacement gold set yet? 1 month after return of the Gold set I'm told another month before back in stock so I have taken the refund.

My Gold set has gone back as well, same problem as Aran.
