  8. Erratic is the word I was going to use, but as a reason I don't think it's cleaned. Cleaning normally leaves even lines in one obvious direction, these hairlines are everywhere and looks like wear and tear to me. Patchy colouring is also another reason I don't think it's cleaned. Unless it's a wipe on the jeans job! I'm fairly inexperienced when it comes to grading coins, however. Wear on the high points.. Face, shield, breast and wing, for example. I wouldn't necessarily say high grade, but overall in nice condition.
