Might be worth listing the items you have aswell as the image too. It's hard to see for certain for some of them.

 

Also title needs changing to exchange rather than sale too

I have a 4 row keeper ring and weight is about 7g Size 20mm finger hole, so would say between R to T.  

You should state what size you are looking for for clarity and maybe weight

I'm not sure of my ring size but I could get a piece put in if too small, think I'm a t could you send pics mate

buy a ring finger sizer, they're very cheap on Ebay.
