Install App

Hello

I keep get a pop up on my phone saying install app.  Only done in last week.  

Anyone know how to stop this without having to install the app.

TSF website is a webpage / web app. There is nothing to install.

If you are getting a message it may be due to something else installed on your phone, malware or another website you are referring to that it’s coming from. So I wouldn’t recommend to install anything, unless you know what it is. 

If you take a screenshot and upload it here I can see if I can help further.

PS. It may actually be the 2FA you are referring to? If so you can disable that if you do not want to use it.

I've just had the same 'install app' notification appear through the webpage. App appears to replicate the webpage only and maintains the active login so even though it was quarantined it scraped the details (have done a password reset already). 

I'm not getting this on other websites or browsers (edge, opera, Firefox), just chrome.

OK, please do send so I can see if it is anything to do with TSF or not. 

I can confirm that you do have 2FA currently enabled on your account. If you do need further support please also feel free to private message me.

@ChrisSilver Thanks, I have just setup 2FA - didn't realise it was there but glad to have that extra layer. 

I've got the screenshot and it does appear logged in or not.

Nothing else to add other than I'm on the latest android.

Yea that what I keep getting.  I am login too.  Is there any way to remove the Notification without installed the app.

It disappears on its own after a short time - I can't tell if it's anything malicious yet
