1 oz Silver Wallets Bitcoin Hologram

Is there anybody that can help my find the minter of this coin.

 

It reads Universale Monetea 2014   1 troy oz .999 Silver

Hologram reads: Silver Wallets in Satoshi we Trust

I will try my best on this one but not sure if it's the answer you are looking for. 

These were created by a man named Adam Graham on a forum much like this one but about bitcoin. The coin comes in two parts, the coin it's self and the hologram separately. You are supposed to program the hologram and load it with bitcoin then stick it on. 

The problem if you want to buy this is if the hologram is stuck on then you are essentially buying a second hand bitcoin wallet. 

These were a copy of the original trial buy a guy named Mike Caldwell with the handle casascius. He made the same type of wallet but not in silver.
