Hallmark translation help please

I have tried myself already using google and several different websites but I didn't manage to translate them.

Could you help me please ?

 

I guess 2nd means at least 958 fine silver, 3rd London, 4th year x ?

Those stamps are on a silver bar produced in germany and probably imported to england.

On the below picture that stamp says its London.

Hi,
the 958 is indeed the silver fineness, it's a Britannia Standard silver mark, the next mark is the import mark for London and then the date letter 'A' for 1975.
I can't help with the makers mark unfortunately, it's always hard to get info on modern makers.
