closed HOKA Carbon X running shoe. Size 10.5 Try before you buy!!

Dear All budding athletes out there,

I am offering for sale a pair of size 10.5 Hoka Carbon X running shoes that I bought a couple of years ago.

I know that buying shoes on the internet can be hazardous size wise (as happened with these) so I am willing to post the shoe to allow any potential purchaser the chance to try, before they pay for the shoe. If they don't fit, or you are not happy then you may return to me at your cost, no questions ( unless the shoes come back in worse state than I sent them).

They are genuine carbon plated shoes which retailed at approx £160 a couple of years ago. More recent models are still on the market.

For transparency, I probably ran no more than 50km in them, they were lovely to run in, they just proved too small when I completed the run leg of a half iron man and hurt my toes. They have been sitting in my wardrobe ever since.

Looking at them on line now, the literature does say they fit somewhere from 0.5 -1 size smaller than normal, so if you are 9.5/10 these might be your chance to acquire a next level shoe.

They have been machine washed in 'non- fabric conditioner' detergent so as not to damage the integrity of the materials. 

All I would ask for if you like them is £40.

They now have a 'triathlon style' fastening instead of laces (the best thing ever, which essentially just makes them an adjustable slip on shoe!). I can't find the original laces now. There is no box.
