Got the same problem with them at the moment they want  copies of my driving licence , recent utility bill and bank statement for 5 x 2022 half sovereigns .

If I swapped banks do not think would be any different. Being out in the middle of wild Norfolk a lot depends on which branch. Some of the smaller ones look like I should ask for my money in Sovereigns.

And do not get me onto this fad now of everytime one places an online money transaction you have to get a one time passcode. That is fine if you live somewhere that a mobile phone signal reaches.

Well hang on in there. Send what docs you have or want to send them and put the ball back in their court. Musing about cancelling the order will not do any harm either.
