closed 18650 cells true capacity

Brand new 18650 lithium ion 2100mah = 2.1ah  4.2v nominal 3.7v (+ or - up to 100mah) battery cells/cans with real world mah (milliamp hour) readings and impedence readings (resistance) and not some figure just plucked out of the sky from someone in a far away land.They have been Rewrapped and tested by myself and the real capacity(opus bt3100 v2 tested) and impedence (yr1035+ at 1khz ac tested) marked on them. Perfect for diy Solar powerwalls/power packs/ or just for using in torches/bike lights/and anything else that requires 18650 (including Tesla motor vechicals that were produced before 2022) rechargeable cells. NB: these are suitable for regulated vaping devices but not suited for unregulated mechanical mods as they are Not high drain cells.i shall be listing some high drain cells in the near future specifically for mechanical vaping mods if anyone should need them.
i have a few hundred of these cells Brand new which vary in capacity and resistance and will list them once they have been fully tested. they will range between 2000mah to 2600mah  and impedence of aprox between 18mohms to 70mohms and will be sold in as close to a matching pair as possible. i know its been a long read but it saves alot of questions being asked lol.
price is £9 per pair( 2 cells) plus postage of buyers choice.
