I have for sale an 18oz Sterling Silver Commemorative Plate. 

An Irish silver circular plate the central reserve etched with a portrait of Éamon de Valera and inscribed 'Éamon de Valera - Uachtarán na hÉireann President of Ireland 1959-1973', numbered 668 of 2500, Dublin, 1973, Royal Irish, 18oz troy. In original presentation box with information booklet.

In addition to the normal four hallmarks the plate bears an additional mark known as the E.E.C, Commemorative Mark in the form of The Gleninsheen Gold Collar.
