Bullion v Scrap

Recommended Posts

I have been looking around eBay and various local auctions and I have noticed that scrap Silver is very expensive at the moment.

Certain Bullion coins look to be far better investments than scrap judging by resale prices on eBay.

Is anyone else finding cheap scrap hard to find?

very difficult to buy cheap silver on ebay. Anything with silver content is usually bid up to well above the premiums you will pay on bullion sourced from an online dealer. Even scrap and non-investment grade items command good premiums.

plus, silver is red hot right now!

In the past I have not had much problem finding cheap scrap on eBay or at auction,I can only conclude that this is a positive sign for Silver.
