I have just started reading this book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/372/dp/178452073X/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1441642251&sr=1-1&keywords=property+magic

I've so far only read a few chapters in, but I thought it was an interesting book to share as it seems like a perfectly sensible long term property strategy providing all the risks etc are taken into account.

The author of this book also has a property crowd funding site http://crowdproperty.com and it looks like you can use this site both to lend money and to also borrow money for property projects.

My posts are my personal opinions, they do not constitute advice or financial advice.

9% to 11% return looks interesting certainly, if I had a spare 500 I would dip my toe in to see how it works.

Only thing I couldn't find information on is what happens if a development folds.

And looking at the projects they don't have many to choose from, but that might just be timing
